FASTER AIR MAILS.
England to Singapore in Eight Days. British o,fficial Wireless. RUGBY, April 9. Improvements in Imperial air mail services are announced. Beginning with the services leaving London next Wednesday, the EnglandSouth Africa air mail will be accelerated by one day. The England-India-Malay service will also be accelerated, and mails leaving London next Saturday, and on subsequent Saturdays will be due to reach Gaza and Baghdad on Tuesday, Basra on Wednesday, and Bangkok and Singapore eight days after despatch from London.
