Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, April 9. Gillespie’s Beach return for the week ended Saturday was 420 z 15dwt for 122 hours. Okarito Dredge. P6r Press Association. DUNEDIN, April 9. The Okarito wash-up for the week encfed Saturday was 31oz 17dwt for 117 hours. Matakl Dredge. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, April 9. The Matakl return was 390 z for 131 hours’ dredging. New Bendigo Development. Bendigo and Cromwell residents who know what gold the old Bendigo mine produced in the past are awaiting with interest the development of the area by the Otago Gold Prospecting Company. The company is organising the flotation of the Bendigo Rise and Shine Company to work the field. Messrs T. W. Dobbie, chairman of directors of the Otago Gold Prospecting Company, W. G. D. Hartley, director, and C. S. D. Aitcheson, secretary, are at present in Christchurch.
