Explosion Traps 130 Behind Raging Furnace. RESCUERS SUCCESSFUL. United Press Assn. —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received April 10, 11.30 a.m.) TOKIO, April 9. •In a gas explosion in the Fukushima Colliery, near Fukushima city, 130 miners were trapped behind a raging furnace. Rescuers made most strenuous efforts and saved all of the 130 workers, of whom nine are in a critical condition.
