Britain May Build Again, Says M.P. LONDON, March 28. In a speech in honour of Dr Eckener, the designer and commander of the Graf Zeppelin. Mr F. E. Guest, M.P., said that although the Pulham airship factories were closed during his term as Secretary for Air (1921-22)-, he believed that the extraordinary results achieved by the Graf Zeppelin might result in the reopening of the works.
