More Than Double Last Year’s Return. Per Pre*ss Association. AUCKLAND, April 10. A;t the three Auckland wool sales of the 1933-34 season 64,730 bales were offered and 62,087 sold for £934,362 15s 2d. The average price was £ls Is per bale, or 10.26 d per lb. The final sale of the season yielded £151,214 ss, which is more than double the return from the last sale last year. But for a slight drop in values in February and March, the Auckland wool clip would have again realised £ 1 ,000,000.
