BOY CONFESSES.
Killed a Child in Revenge for Loss of Dog. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received April 10, 230 p.m.) VANCOUVER, April 9. A dog owned by Frank Millen, aged 13, was shot for biting Johnnie M’Farlane, aged 10. To-day Millen confessed to beating M’Farlane to death with an axe and burying the body.
