PIGEON RACING.
Second Event in Somer&eld Club’s Series. The Somerfield Racing Pigeon Club flew the second race of its Gray Cup series from Orari last Saturday. Sixtysix birds, representing twenty owners, were liberated by the stationmaster at 2 p.m. in fine weather. The race was won by A. A. Walker’s Great Chief, which flew the distance in 2hr 14min 45sec.
