Issue Believed to Have Been Success. ALLOTMENTS AWAITED. British Official Wireless. (Received April 7. noon.) RUGBY, April 0. The extent to which the issue cf the new funding loan has been oversubscribed will not be known until the allotments are posted, but the early closing of the lists indicates the success of the issue. It is expected that the issue of allotments will take place this week-end and that dealings in the new loan will begin on Monday.
