RESERVE BANK SHARES.
Ruling on Question j,of Transfers. (Special to the “ Star.”) WELLINGTON. April 7. An inquiry' regarding the date when it would be possible to make transfers of Reserve Bank shares secured the explanation from the Treasury that operations may commence when the share registers are completed and transfer forms issued. It is not anticipated that there will be a long delay in completing these preparations.
