A SUMMONS of Multiplepoinding and Exoneration has been raised in the Court of Session (First Division, Lord Pitman, Ordinary; Mr Budge, Clerk) for division of the surplus ot the price of the aftermentioned subjects by Joseph Robert Maclagan Wedderbum, Writer to the Signet, Edinburgh, and John Cameron, Solicitor, Greenock, the seller and purchaser respectively of subjects known as Nos. 13 to 15 Hamilton Street, Greenock, Pursuers and Real Raisers, against Edith Jane Munro and Others, as per Roll—Defenders. The said subjects at the end of the Nineteenth Century belonged to Mrs Roberta Watson or Munro, wife of Andrew Munro. Merchant and Insurance Agent in Greenock, in trust for certain members of her family. The said subjects were sold in 1933 under powers contained in a Bond by the said Joseph Robert Maclagan Wedderburn, and after paying oflf the Bond, etc., the surplus was consigned in joint names of the said Joseph Robert Maclagan "Wedderburn and John Cameron. In this Action the following Interlocutor was pronounced, viz: 30th January 193 4 Lord Pitman. Act McKechnie. The Lord Ordinary appoints the dependence of the Action to be advertised once in each of the “ Christchurch Star” and the ‘ Cape Argus" newspapers, in order that all parties not otherwise cited may appear lor their interest by the 12th day of May 1934.
