The said subjects at the end of the Nineteenth Century belonged to Mrs Roberta Watson or Munro, wife of Andrew Munro. Merchant and Insurance Agent in Greenock, in trust for certain members of her family. The said subjects were sold in 1933 under powers contained in a Bond by the said Joseph Robert Maclagan Wedderburn, and after paying oflf the Bond, etc., the surplus was consigned in joint names of the said Joseph Robert Maclagan "Wedderburn and John Cameron. In this Action the following Interlocutor was pronounced, viz: 30th January 193 4 Lord Pitman. Act McKechnie.
