Orange Fool.

To-day’s Recipe.

Squeeze out the juice from five large oranges, and to this add one tablespoonful castor sugar and the yolks of two eggs. This mixture *is stirred over a gentle heat until it thickens. It must not be allowed to boil. As sbon as it thickens it is set aside to cool, and when cold it may be poured into custard glasses, or it looks charming served in baskets made from the orange rinds.
