NEW TROLLEY BUSES.
Tenders to be Called for Body Construction. Four trolley bus chassis, destined for the Richmond route, have arrived in Christchurch for the Christchurch Tramways Board, and the Works and Traffic Committee have decided to call for tenders for the construction of *:he bodies. The board’s engineer would also put in an estimate of what it would cost to do the work in the board’s own shops. A report to this effect was presented at a meeting of the board to-day.
