SUDDEN DEATH.
Rangitikei Racing Club Secretary. (Special to the “ Star.”) WANGANUI. February 17. Mr H. A. Goodall, the well known secretary of the Rangitikei Racing Club, died suddenly at his home in Bulls this morning. Mr Goodall was at the Wanganui races on Thursday, when he was apparentlv in good health, and the news of his death came as a shock to many men at Wanganui to-day. It is understood that Mr A. Way, of Marton, will take charge of the arrangements for the Rangitikei meeting to be held the week after next. Mr Goodall had been secretary to the club for the past 25 years. Formerly he was in the service of the Bank of New Zealand. He was 67 years of age.
