United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. CAPE TOWN, February 16. The breach between Dr W. F. Malan and General B. M. HertzOg, the Prime Minister, appears to have ended. Dr Malan mS.de certain proposals which General Hertzog accepted. Dr Malan’s chief object seems to be to make things as uncomfortable as possible for General Smuts and the South African Party.
