Stakes for Easter Circuit Total £4134. Prize money aggregating £4134 will be distributed on the West Coast Easter circuit. The Westport Jockey Club opens the campaign with its Cup’ fixture set down for Saturday and Monday, March 24 and 26. Stakes total £l2O. The Westport Cup, of £l2O, one mile and a quarter, Morlev Handicap, of £lls, one mile, Scanlon Handicap and Colvin Handicap, each of £9O and seven furlongs, and the Karamea and Farewell Handicaps, each of £BO, six furlongs and eighty yards, are the chief items in the programme.
