HOLIDAY VISIT TO N.Z.
Former English Cabinet Minister. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, February 16. Sir Montague Barlow, a forme. Minister of Labour in the Conservativ Government of Britain from 1922 tt 1924, arrived by the Rangitiki on holiday visit to the Dominion. Sir Montague, who completed a tour of South America before embarking for New Zealand, said that conditions in the Argentine were slowly improving The recent trade arrangements with Britain had been an important factcr in improving the relations between tha two countries.
