TTMARU SOCIAL NOTES.
Mrs Thorpe, Temuka, is the guest of Mrs L. Ryder, Invercargill. Mr and Mrs J. Taylor, Dunedin, are staying at the Dominion. Mrs M. Williams, Geraldine, is visiting Ashburton. Mr and Mrs L. Scott, Dunedin, are staying at the Grosvenor. The Rev K. D. Andrews-Baxter and Mrs Andrews-Baxter, Perth, are guests at the Grosvenor. Mrs E. Maclntyre and the Misses J. and M. Fisher, Wellington, are guests at the Dominion. Mr and Mrs Quaile, Dunedin, who have been staying at the Grand, have returned home. Mrs G. B. Morrison, Hampton House, LeCren’s Terrace, lias left for Sydney, en route for England. Mrs Neil Rattray, Waimate, who has been staying with Mrs Charles Rattray, Dunedin, has returned home. Mrs J. Anderson, Miss Anderson, Miss Christie, Miss Glover, Miss Pilkington and Miss MacLawrin, Dunedin, are staying at the Empire. Miss Ulrich, Dunedin, who has been staying with Mrs G. H. R. Ulrich, is now the guest of her sister, Mrs R. L. Orbell, The Croft, Park Lane. Mrs F. L. Barker, Selwyn Street, who has been staying with Mrs C. W. F. Hamilton. Irishman’s Creek, Fairlie, has returned home.
