TRAFFIC COURT.
Police Prosecutions Heard. Traffic prosecutions brought by the police were heard by Mr E. D. Mosley, S.M., at a sitting of the Magistrate’s Court this morning. Fines were imposed as follows with costs in each case:— Falling to give way to traffic on the right—Robert Barter, Charles Garrigan and William Bowman, 20s. Cycling without fights at night— Arthur Eastwick, Norman Farr, Colin Field, Clarence E. Growcott, Leonard Harper Hill and John Henry Williams, 15s; Leonard Marriott, 5s and convicted and discharged for not having a bell or reflector, Joseph Terence Gilroy, 15s, and convicted and discharged for not having a reflector. Dangerous speed—James Murphy, £2. No driver’s license—Alvin Matheson 10s. and for not having a tail-light. ss. No tail-lights on motor-car—James Lawrence Tulloch, ss. Cycling on footpath—William Wakefield, 15 s.
