MOTORIST FINED.
A Few Drinks Upset Circus Representative. Per Press Association. BLENHEIM, February 16. Alexander William Henderson, advance representative for a travelling circus, was fined £5 for being intoxicated in charge of a car. He pleaded guilty. He said he had had nothing to eat all day, and a few drinks had affected him. The Bench took into account the fact that the suspension of defendant’s driver’s license would affect Lis means of livelihood.
