THEFT OF CEMENT.
Eight bags of cement, valued at £2 14s, were stolen from the Christchurch Drainage Board's job at Telford Street, Woolston, some time after nine o’clock last night. At that time the boards watchman made his rounds and all was in order. The cement was for use on the outfall drain which is in course of construction.
