W. J. Doyle to Appear Before Committee. The Greymouth Trotting Club reported to the meeting of the Board of the New Zealand Trotting Association last evening that it had held an. inquiry into alleged interference in the Paparoa Handicap by W. J. Doyle, driver of War Chance, with Fernbroolc Lass, driven by D. Bennett. The board endorsed the action of the club in fining Doyle £lO and decided to call him before the Licensing Committee which would issue a severe caution.
