Sir Philip Cunliffe-Lister, Secretary of State for the Colonies, who is suffering with throat trouble at‘Nairobi, on Wednesday had a relapse. It was stated todav that he had passed a good night and was holding his own. He will return to England as soon as he is fit to travel. Lady Lister has left for Nairobi by air.
