Miller, of Messrs Millers, Ltd., has received a letter from a manufacturer in Germany, in which the writer states: “ There are many signs of improving business in this country, under our new regime, and you may be confident that every effort is made here to help to re-establish international trade and welfare for the benefit of all countries.”
