SUNLIGHT LEAGUE.
Camp for Children at Okains Bay.
The Sunlight League's annual camp for children in need of an open-air holiday is to be held this year at Okains Bay. Thirty-two small girls, between the ages of ten and twelve years, went into camp to-day. Before going to the bay, the children were examined and weighed by a doctor, so that the benefit they get can be recorded when they leave the camp. Besides keeping them in the open-air as much as possible, everything will be done to make the children’s stay as enjoyable as possible. Games, bathing and compulsory rest periods are all in the programme.
