(Special to the “ Star.”) TIMARU, December 26. Messrs W. Moses and B. Rice, members of the New Brighton Novice Cycling Club, left Christchurch for Dun edin at 9 am. to-day. They arrived at, Timaru at 7.5 p.m. They encountered strong head winds all the way from Ashburton. i
