FIRE AT WAIROA.
per Press Association. WAIROA, December 27. Fire on Boxing Day gutted a fiveroomed residence owned by Mr F. Couper. It is not known how the fire originated. The insurance on the building was £620 in the State office and there was £3OO on the furniture in the National office.
