The following report for the week ended December 23 has been issued by Moiuroa Oil Fields, Ltd., New Plymouth: *‘No. 4 well: Met with caving sands between 1700 ft and 1800 ft, causing the BJin casing to seize. Now circulating mulch fluid to overcome caving. No. 2 well produced 309 barrels (10,615 Imperial gallons). Total production to date, 469,249 Imperial gallons.”
