Struck by Part of Wool Press. Per Press Association. GISBORNE. December 11. Injuries to the neck caused through being struck by the top section of a wool press resulted in the death in hospital yesterdav of a Maori named Tana Rua, forty years of age, married. Rua and his son were operating the press on Friday when the accident occurred. Rua received a blow on the head. After a brief however, he resumed work, but a little later complained that his neck was painful. Shortly after he became unconscious. He died in hospital yesterday.
