No Receiver for Dorman, Long.
United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received December 9, 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, December 8. The Chancery Court, by consent, dismissed petitions to appoint a receiver for Dorman, Long, the famous firm of engineers. This will enable a three months’ moratorium, in which the company proposes to operate a new scheme.
