RACED CAMEL TO DEATH.
Young Sikh Who Ran 75 Miles in 11 Hours. CALCUTTA. December 1. Sarwan Singh, a Sikh, aged twentyfour, is reported to have run 75 miles in 11 hr 20min 45sec under competent supervision. Recently he had a race with a ridden camel, with which he ran 122 miles in twenty-one hours and The camel died a few days later.
