Bequests to Family and Church. Per Press Association. HAMILTON, December 8. Probate was granted in the will of the late James Thomas Hawke by Mr Justice Herdman this morning. The estate totals £90,000. Provision is made for the widow and for successive life interests for the children # d grandchildren, the residue to go to the Roman Catholic Church. The assets include interests in tea and coffee plantations in India and Ceylon.
