NEW BRIGHTON CARNIVAL.
Carnival Committee requires a slogan for its carnival to be held from January 13 to 20. and is offering a prize of 2gns for a suitable one. The entrance tec is threepence. The representative coni mil tee controlling this holiday attraction is very enthusiastic, anw if this enthusiasm spreads at the same rate as it has done during the past week, then the whole of New Brighton will hum with tie carnival spirit. The preliminary organisation is well in hand, and already inquiries are being received for particulars of the bathing beauty competitions, which promise to be an outsta/ding feature.
