SCOUTS’ DRIVE.
Collection of Toys for Poor Children. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, December 4. Auckland Boy Scouts and Cubs on Saturday conducted a drive in the city and suburbs for toys which are to be repaired and given to poor children. The drive was a remarkable suecess, thousands of toys, dolls and books as well as money, being collected In two districts alone motor trucks were needed to transport the toys to the depot.
