The Red Comb Egg and Poultry Co. report heavy entries came forward for both Saturday’s and Wednesday’s auction sales. The small chicken entry was in excess of the demand, but for heavy chic-ken values were firm on last week's prices. Duckling and gosling came forward in increased supply. Some were short of finish, and for these there was no competition. Chicken and duckling weighing 31b and over were in keen demand, but old ducks and unfinished chicken were slow of sale.
