United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received November 30, 12.15 p.m.) CANBERRA, November 30. Concessions to telephone subscribers representing a loss in revenue in excess of £40,000 annually were announced by the PostmasUr-General, Mr Parkhill, in the House of Representatives. He also announced that free wireless licenses would be available for all blind persons over the age of sixteen.
