BRISBANE TRAMS.
Weekly Passes to be Introduced. The general manager of the Christchurch Tramways (Mr Frank Thompson) has received a letter from Mr G. R. Steer, controller of Brisbane trams to the effect that weekly passes will be introduced there, as soon as Government permission is obtained. Mr Thompson said that the tramway service there is apparently controlled by the Government.
