NORTH BEACH NOTES.

The profits on the North Brighton School fair, held recently, amounted to £3O 15s 3d. The expenses amounted to a little over £4. At a recent meeting of the School Comrpittee. the chairman expressed the thanks of the committee to all who had helped, and the kind donors of goods, etc. Owing to the chairman and secretary of the North Brighton Progress League having to attend the meeting of the United Burgesses’ Association last Tuesday, the monthly meeting of the North Brighton Progress League was postponed until this evening. The North Beach Tennis Club has offered free membership to two boys and two girls from the North Brighten School tennis teams, and the free use of its courts for school players. A vote of thanks was accorded the club by the School Committee at its last meeting. •
