Christchurch Club Race Arranged. The Management Committee of the Christchurch Cycling Club met last evening, Mr C« Hayward presiding. On the motion of Mr E. A. M’Kaskell, it was decided to alter the conditions of tire novice riders, only competitors who have won under £3 to be allowed to compete. The next road race was arranged' for Thursday, the race to be open to novice riders and to be held at Mairehau. Arrangements were made to hold a social club run in Sunday, December 3, at New Brighton Domain, the party to assemble at the corner of Armagh and Colombo Streets at 9.30 a.m.
