FIRE AT HOKITIKA.
Per Press Association. HOKITIKA, August 26. A fire occurred in the office of Paterson, Michel and Co. at five o’clock this morning. The brigade made a good save and confined the fire to the office. The building was damaged to the extent of £IOO. The stock suffered little damage. The insurances are in the State Office.
