Winners of Trophies in Golf Tournament. Per Press Association. WANGANUI, August 1. The second annual tournament of the North Island Licensed Victuallers’ Golf Association was played here yesterday. Trophy winners were: Championship, J. N. Anderson (Hawera) ; Bell Rose Bowl, J. Wholey (Wellington) ; President’s Trophy, W. Manley (Wanganui) ; Wanganui L.V.A. Cup, S. G. Simmons (Wanganui); Nancarrow Cup, S. K. Siddells (Pahiatua) ; Menzies Shield, N. Iligginson (Okoroire) ; Walker and Hall Trophy, N. Higginson; D.C.L. Shield, M. J. Kyne (Wanganui) ; Johnston and Co.’s Trophy, J. R. Foster (Auckland). The \yholesalers v. retailers’ competition was won by the wholesalers.
