CLAIM BY DOMESTIC.
In the Magistrate’s Court, before Mr H. A. Young-, S.M., yesterday. Miss H. p. Nicoll, a domestic, of Rotorua, claimed £76 7s 6d as general and special damages against F. Morgan and P. Wilks, the drivers of two cars which met in collision on October 26, 1931. Miss Nieoll was a passenger in Morgan's car. She was thrown on to the load, receiving severe injuries. Judgment was reserved.
