To the Editor. Daar Sir.—To the general reader foreign names are the very devil to pronoimce. Long after I had read Freud s Introductory Notes on Psycho Analysis and various other articles I would say: “Have you read Frood?" Then one day a friend well up in that subject said to me; “ Have you read Fraud?” Now Touchstone’s German friend comes along with: Have you read Fried? Frood, Fraud and Fried. Personally, I prefer my own construction. Fraud would appeal to those who scoff at his theories, while Fried—well, it’s not a little suggestive of fish and chips.—l am, etc., OLIVER TWIST.
