COURT THISTLE LODGE.

The annual meeting of Court Thistle of the Forest, No. 6494, A.0.F., was held recently. Brother G. W. Locke, C.R., presided over a fair attendance. The following were elected to the various offices for the ensuing term: —C.R., Brother Cairns; S.C.R., Brother W. Mapplebeck; S.W., Brother M'George; J.W., Brother Bolton; 5.8., Brother W. Lloyd; J. 8., Brother Rouse; assistant secretary. Brother W. J. Turner; M.S , Brother E. A. Mapplebeck; delegates to U.F.S. Dispensary, Brother® W. J. Turner and E. A. Mapplebeck; delegate to U.F.S. Council, Brother A. Cameron; Benevolent Association, Brothers W. Lloyd and W. H. M’George; Hall Committee, Brothers H. A. Locke and L. B. Cooper; Management Committee, Brothers G. Locke, A. Cameron, W. J. Turner, H. Eaton, W. Lloyd and E. A. Mapplebeck; trustee, Brother H. A. Savage; district delegates. Brothers W. Lloyd and W. J. Turner; medical officers, Drs Currie, M. Louisson, E. D. Pullan, R. Hall, W. Bates, J. E. R. Brown, B. Stringer, H. J. Jennings, W. Aitken and E. H. Taylor; New Brighton, Drs W. Stevens and Glasgow. Brothers L. B. Cooper and E. A. Mapplebeck were nominated for district auditors, and Brother A. Cameron for District Beadle. The officers were installed into their positions by Installing Officer Brother C. D. Wheeler, P.C.R., assisted by Brother H. A. Locke, marshal.
