Effect of Christmas Amnesty in Germany. (Received December 22, 2 p.m.) BERLIN, December 21. About 15,000 political and other prisoners will be released at Christina's under the Amnesty Bill, whifch was passed in the Reichstag by a single vote. Any attempt to keep the Nazi, Socialist and Communist prisoners in the cells over the holidays wo aid have led to a meeting of the Reichstag at Christmas, and a crisis.—“ Times ” Cable.
