FOUND HANGING.
Tramway Inspector’s Death. James Robert Smith, an inspector employed by the Christchurch Tramway Board, was found hanging in a room at the rear of his home, 27, Percival Street, this morning. lie had l>een in ill-health since the strike last May. The body was found by his daughter. .
