DANCE AT NEW BRIGHTON.
The Rawhiti Ladies' Hockey Club held an enjoyable end-of-the-season dance in the Masonic Hall, New Brighton, on Saturday evening. The arrangements were carried out by the following committee:—Mrs M. Moses, Misses May Moses (secretary), Mona Turner, M. Hill and Beatrice Cook. Mr F. J. Brownley was M.C. and music for the dancing was supplied by Miss Maisie Ottey’s orchestra. A lucky spot dance was won by Miss Marjorie Hill and Mr E. Thompson, and a Monte Carlo dance by Mrs M. Moles and Mr E. Stevens.
