RENT RESTRICTION.
Latest Bill Will be Retrospective. (Special to the “Star.”) WELLINGTON, November 2. The Rent Restriction Bill introduced into the House to-day will be retrospective in its effect. The legislation expired at the end of October, but the Bill will have the effect of reviving it.
