LYTTELTON NEXT SATURDAY.
Hosts of Happy Starlets Expected. G RADUALLY Aunt Hilda is getting round her large family, and in time she hopes to see you all. Crowds of parties have been promised all along the Coast, Hokitika, Runanga, Denniston, Millerton, crowds of places, and of course Orevmouth and Westport again. But there are such numbers of places in Canterbury still to visit. So next Saturday, at Lyttelton, we’ll hold a jolly gathering in the Club Hall. We had to postpone it on account of the school party, but now you all have lovely dresses, it will be much merrier for you. If you have no fancy dress, just come in your school clothes. Admission is 6d for children. Is for grown-ups, and a basket of sandwiches or cakes from each family. The party starts at 2.30 p.m., and the doors will be open at 2 p.m. Come and meet Aunt Hilda, your friend and playmate for years. Come and meet Pollyarina, the glad girl, and lots of other, jolly helpers! Next Saturday, Lyttelton Starlets. Sumner, Town Hall, October Ist.
