U.S. PROHIBITION RAIDS.
Fashionable Establishments Invaded.

The grand jury is considering the cause of the disorders growing out of Prohibition raids at Alexandria.
A report forcibly condemned the action on the part of certain citizens of Alexandria Bay for their flagrant interference with Federal Prohibition officers in the execution of their duty. The jury have had put before them testimony regarding an incipient riot two weeks ago, when Prohibition agents raided several establishments in the fashionable Thousand Islands Colony.
