BANKRUPTCY RETURNS.
There were four bankruptcies during the month of June, bringing the total for the year up to thirty-six, two more than for the corresponding period of 1931. The past month's cases involved two farmers, one hotelkeeper, and one hairdresser. In June of last year there were also four cases of bankruptcy.
